The Bedroom is: 10ft x 15ft. The Bedroom is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, mirror, dressing table and chair, and small computer desk.
There is a table and chair in the kitchen where you can eat / eat with a friend, or use your laptop etc. Please note there is no lounge.
The flat is 15 minutes walk to Finchley Central Station on the Northern Line.There are several bus routes so there are good transport links. The High Street is 10 minutes walk away, with Tescos and Waitrose within walking distance. There is also a Lidl in North Finchley.
There are several local Churches a short walk away, and it's a bus ride to the large and popular St Barnabas Church, North Finchley: www.stbarnabas.co.uk. There is a kitchen, bathroom and separate loo. The flat is clean, comfortable and relaxed.
One month's rent would be paid in advance plus a Deposit which is returned at the end of the tenancy. The area is safe and quiet, we have a cleaning rota and the flat has a nice quiet atmosphere.
Victoria Park is 8 minutes walk away for excersing, picnics, relaxing etc. There are coffee shops within 12 minutes walk, and an independent bookshop and Art Gallery is within 20 minutes walk. So if you'd like to take a look, just let me know. Thankyou!
