This flat is owned by myself and my good friend however I moved away from London over the pandemic and my friend lives in our church flat in Shoreditch. We had two lovely tenants who have kept the flat well however are needing to relocate. The flat nice and clean and tidy and is seconds away from the canal which leads to Limehouse Cut or to the beautiful Victoria Park and perfectly positioned for Mile End, Limehouse or Stepney Green on the tube lines. There is a balcony to enjoy sunsets from and is located nearby a Lidl, Tesco Express, Sainsburys Local and some newsagents.

The flat has two good sized double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub and shower and a good sized open plan living room and kitchen.

It can come furnished or unfurnished - currently is fully furnished down to even kettle, plates etc as the girls needed this stuff and I did not when I left.

Bills come to around £210 per month (including council tax!)

The flat will be available from 14th April 2021 and we can be flexible on the move in date.
