The apartment is of generous proportions, with ample living space in the communal areas. The lounge boasts a five seater leather settee, dining table, flat-screen TV. The large kitchen houses two family-sized fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, with plenty of storage space (cooking utensils included). Upstairs is the bathroom offering a full-sized bath with power shower, and ceramic washbasin and toilet (with toilet roll included!)
The double bedroom is fully furnished with a chest of drawers and cupboard. The double bed has a comfortable mattress, aiding a perfect nights sleep.
The nearest supermarket (ASDA) is only a 10 minute walk away. There are convenient stores at the doorstep. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood, with a large park only a stones-throw away, perfect for field sports, cycling, and running.
You'll be sharing with two easy to get along professionals, both of whom hold down respectable careers. As much as we can be busy we do enjoy a chat, laugh, netflix binge, and a meal and drink from time to time. The rent is all inclusive, covering council tax, utilities, high-speed fibre optic broadband and digital TV.
We're ideally looking for a non-smoker, but should you wish to smoke, the apartment has outside space (balcony on front).
